Vladimir Guba, a well-known public figure from Tomsk, went to the Prosecutor’s Office of Tomsk region to check on his complaint of corruption related to the construction of summer houses for Tomsk officials in Kaltai village, the so called Corruption Village. There, in the reception room he saw a very curious picture. Director General of Siberian Agrarian Group, a well-known Tomsk businessman-millionaire Andrey Tyutyushev, with a police officer accompanying him (!) were carrying huge bags and baskets, in which at first sight could be guessed so called “food packs” – sausages, meat, alcohol. There were also a few closed bags. Paying no attention to anyone, Andrei Tyutyushev walked briskly in the direction of the reception room of Tomsk Oblast Prosecutor Vasily Voikin, where the reception room of the deputy regional prosecutor, Tatiana Melikhova, is also located. The businessman went in with two baskets and came out without them. A little later he was seen walking with the bags towards the offices of Tomsk Oblast Deputy Prosecutor Igor Koshel and the office of the city prosecutor Viktor Fedotov. Then Andrei Tyutyushev was seen with the bags next to the office, where the of fice of Tomsk District Prosecutor Boris Krylov was located.
