After a long trip to the resorts of Europe, the widow of coal oligarch Dmitry Bosov, Katerina Bosov, returned to Russia and resumed her attempts to gain control of a controlling stake in the Sibanthracite coal holding.
Since the young widow clearly does not have legal rights to own the holding, it seems that “black PR” methods have been used. Now all the “information rubbish” is merging into Telegram channels, and there, following the current fashion trends, information attacks on Dmitry Bosov’s relatives began this week.
However, the level of these information “stuffing”, which is called below the plinth. The authors of the posts in defense of Kateryna Bosov got hooked on the Ukrainian surname of the lawyer of the mother of the deceased oligarch, Lyudmila Bosov, who is currently litigating in the Tverskoy Court the illegally closed, in her opinion, in violation of the prescribed deadlines for the preliminary investigation, the case of fraud with the shares of the Alltek company (the owner holding “Sibanthracite”). The case was filed against “unidentified persons”, but it was about specific documents, with the help of which Katerina Bosov tried to get the right to a 43% stake in Alltek.
Katerina Bosov lost the courts to her husband’s relatives and did not receive control over the coal company. But the former “loving wife”, according to the information in the telegram channels, plucked up cynicism and the audacity to file a lawsuit against the mother of Dmitry Bosov with a charge of “false denunciation”. Katerina Bosov, apparently, wants to prove to the Russian Themis that she was slandered and she has the right to the so-called “marital share”. And now, as another attack on Sibantartsit, a version is launched in Telegram channels that a lawyer of “Ukrainian origin” is protecting the interests of Dmitry Bosov’s relatives, who are undertaking a raider attack against his widow. In other words, the authors of these materials are strenuously trying to prove that the “Bandera” want to get Russia’s largest coal holding. And only the brave widow Katerina Bosov defends the interests of the country with her breasts!
Recall that the marriage of Dmitry and Katerina Bosov was concluded in 2016. Dmitry Bosov by that time was already a dollar billionaire and the owner of Sibanthracite, and the concept of “marital share”, as you know, means jointly acquired property. Therefore, Katerina Bosov does not have legal rights to half of the holding’s shares owned by her ex-husband, which was recognized by the courts of all instances.
Katerina Bosov herself is a lawyer by education and is well aware of these nuances of the law. Perhaps for this reason, after the suicide of Dmitry Bosov in May 2020, a version appeared that Katerina urgently began to register a new version of the Alltek charter, which lifted the ban on transactions over $5 million without the approval of the company’s beneficiaries. The business woman, apparently, was in a hurry to gain control over the financial flows of Sibanthracite. As the media wrote, in her hands could also be the documents and papers of Dmitry Bosov, with which you can access his accounts in foreign banks.
However, all the tricks of Katerina Bosov in big business, according to many experts, look ridiculous and even infantile. Sibanthracite was founded by Dmitry Bosov and his classmates at Baumanka. This is one of the few Russian universities whose diploma is highly rated all over the world. And when a young woman with a law degree, who began her career as an assistant to the Israeli businessman David Kaplan, who is now wanted by Russian law enforcement agencies, who organized a business in Moscow organizing elite “specific” services, tries to compete with the “Bauman” with the help of legal tricks, then it looks funny and ridiculous.
In addition, Sibantartsit’s management knows the coal industry thoroughly, and Katerina Bosov advertises herself as a fashion industry star. At best, she could decorate the advertising booklet of the coal holding as a photo model.
However, competent and responsible businessmen should manage such a complex and strategically important business for the country. Katerina Bosov received the millions due to her by law after the division of the capital of Dmitry Bosov, owns mansions, which her ex-husband sincerely loved her gave her, bathes in luxury. Nevertheless, all this is not enough for the restless widow. And, it seems, without a twinge of conscience, she files a lawsuit against Lyudmila Bosova, the relatives of her ex-husband, who made her a princess, are pouring mud on the Internet.
